Happy 3rd Birthday, sweet Brooklind! It occurred to me as I was making her cake that I have had the privilege of making her first and second birthday cakes as well! We are so lucky to have her as a neighbor and friend. I was so excited when she told me she wanted a Hello Kitty cake. I think they are so cute, and I could not resist adding the girly stuff...!

New Baby/Birthday

I have to say, this is one of my favorites. We used the airbrush to give it some shimmer. Everything should have shimmer on it...the world would be a much better place...!

Cookie Stuff!

The bees, behives and sunflowers are marshmallow fondant covered. The apples are royal icing covered with a small fondant flower, and the strawberry ones are royal icing covered with colored sugar on top, then dipped in chocolate.
